Mrs. Sara Head

I joined the Little Elm FamiLE in 2017 at Hackberry Elementary.  I served as a third and first grade teacher before joining our Lakeview staff as the Assistant Principal in December of 2019.

I am a proud graduate of Keller High School and St. Edward's University. I received a full athletic scholarship to play basketball at St. Edward's where I earned my BA in early childhood education. In May of 2019, I graduated from the University of North Texas with my masters in Leadership and Administration. I have been in education since 2010 and have experience in special education, kindergarten, third grade, and first grade.  I have served as a grade level team lead and participated in Little Elm's Aspiring Leaders Institute for three years.

I am extremely close to my family. On weekends, I enjoy sleeping in, watching my nieces compete in sports, and taking my fur baby, Tobi, on walks so he can get some of his energy out. I also enjoy working out with Camp Gladiator throughout the week. I love to travel and Starbucks is my addiction- I love coffee!  You will most likely always find me laughing and enjoying getting to know new people.  I am excited and humbled to be part of the Lakeview staff and most importantly the opportunity to serve our wonderful students, parents, and teachers!
