Taylor Anderson
Hello there! My name is Taylor Anderson! I am the school counselor at Lakeview Elementary School! I am originally from the New Orleans area and I moved to North Texas in 2008. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor of arts in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Living. I, then, graduated with my master of arts in Counseling with a focus in school counseling from the Hampton University. I have been an elementary school counselor for the past four years and have learned so much about my position and the families I work with. One of my favorite reasons to be a school counselor is building relationships and community with families and staff members. I believe we all have the privilege and a wonderful opportunity to get to work, learn, and grow with so many different people.
As a school counselor, my goal aligns with Little Elm ISD's mission: to engage, equip, and empower our students to realize their full potential. Every student has the capability to achieve their wildest dreams and be well-rounded contributing members of the communities they belong to. I look forward to collaborating with all of you on guiding our students on their journeys here in Little Elm ISD.
